No, you are not tech-challenged when it comes to your Samsung M300 Mobile phone. The truth is, Sprint misrepresented the phone to us. They told us that there would be no problem buying a cable to download the photos. However, that was not the case. No wonder the guy who sold us the phone quit not long after we bought our phones.
Here is the solution for downloading photographs from your Samsung M300 Mobile Phone.
- Purchase the recommended communication cable to connect between the phone and your computer. You need the USB Universal Serial BUS DATA Cable. (We bought ours on E-bay).
- Place the mini-CD in your computer CD drive and run the software. Be patient. The installation occurs two or three times, and is not complete until you have repeated installation a few times. It is weird, trust me!

- Download the file to your computer and then install it.
- It will take a bit of figuring out. Read the instructions well.
- Connect your phone and download your photos.
- Cry when the kids say, "we didn't want those photos anyway..."
